Hey gang. I have been using HB for a few weeks now and have been having a great time with the grinding apsect. I just recently purchased the Lifetime Buddy so I could start using the GatherBuddy as well. I have a level 85 loaded and running on the Gatherbuddy in HB and having no problems. I'm not a programmer but am figuring stuff out by trial and error (.ie loading profiles, CC's etc).
The problem I'm having is with the stand alone version of GatherBuddy. I have started a Worgen and have him still in Gilneas. I have picked up mining and herbalism and have tons of beginner copper and herbs to pick up. I wanted to make my own "path" so I could afk this guy while he was still in the zone to get his plants and mining up to 75. However, trying to follow the example in another post I logged in, no problems there. When I hit refresh of course the normal 3 paths show up.
Now, I hit "Record' and start hitting the nodes out there but when I finish and hit stop record, I get the window message of "Recording complete" however when I hit refresh I still only see the 3 paths that came with the GB. Where did my recorded path go? I know I need to upload it in order to use it but I have no idea if (1) it actually recording anything since a seearch of the file name I made shows nothing and (2) if it did record, where is the file for me to upload?
I'm trying real hard not to be lazy and would like to start learning how to make profiles AND CC's to contribute to this great community but it's a difficult start. I've search here, Youtube and Google and cannot find any walk through tuturials in MAKING a low level path. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Keep safe my friends.
EDIT: Don;t know if this has anything to do with it but when I log in it stops at "Attempting Authorization", however loads the 3 default paths.
