Hello,

I can start HonorBuddy up perfectly fine, load a bot, and start using it. But somewhere along the way, the bot continues to work, but I cannot switch other to the HonorBuddy window, nor stop/start the bot, or click anything on the HonorBuddy window. I then have to go to task manager, processes, and terminate the process. When I reopen HonorBuddy, I get the message of max sessions, which I then have to go to BuddyAuth to terminate the session.

Help??

first, if you switch characters you HAVE to restart honorbuddy.

as far as the issue im not seeing it in the log.

I am aware of the fact that I need to restart when switching characters, that is not the problem. For example, I am running it right now on my death knight, questing, and I cannot click the window, I alt-tab to it, and it just doesn't pop up. In order to make it work again, I need to close it, and reopen it through task manager.

I do not run any of those applications. I have the Nvidia GeForce Experience, but I never have used Shadowplay.

Any other ideas?

Delete the following directories/files:
Buddy Store cache: C:/Users/%USER%/AppData/Local/Bossland/Buddy Store/cache.bin
.../Honorbuddy/Cache/
.../World of Warcraft/Cache/
.../World of Warcraft/Data/Cache/
BattleNet Cache: C:/ProgramData/Blizzard Entertainment/

Couldn't find the last two caches...

are you still having issues? if so then i need a new log.

I am still having issues, but I don't believe it directly has to do with honorbuddy. I will not post a log because there is nothing wrong with it. Something I did, unintentionally, was tab to Honorbuddy, tab out, and tab back in right after, and it didn't tab in (the problem I have been describing). The bot is still running fine, but I cannot tab over to Honorbuddy, nor close it. I needed to end the Honorbuddy.exe process in task manager.

i provide honorbuddy support. so if you want support with honorbuddy then i need a log. if not then dont post one and just ignore the thread.

follow the instuctions here on how to clear your caches.
Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:Cache corruption problems - The Buddy Wiki

after that run the wow repair tool from your wow or battle.net launcher to make sure your wow installation is complete.
I wanted to follow this, and I posted a reply which you ignored.

do them, then if your still having the issue report back with a new full log, i dont need more of the same logs.

try running wow in dx9 mode, you can do this via your wow graphic options.
