Frostbitten Northrend Full Achievement (w/ TLPD)

Neutral Fraction Northrend FROSTBITTEN​

This profile is for ALL the rare spawns required for FROSTBITTEN, the Northrend achievement. I created this profile using NPCscan and NPCscan Overlay to farm all the rare spawns, even the ones others don't. This profile does not farm herbs /ores and speeds up the farming of only the rare spawns. This was done to speed up the spawn timer of Vyragosa / Time-Lost Proto Drake. The normal spawn time for Vyragosa is 6-24hrs, her spawn time is reduced with the amount of Northrend rare spawns killed. TLPD is a rare spawn of Vyragosa, so this profile should in turn speed up your chances at TLPD mount. Happy Farming

Notes:

1. Because this bot is only used to farm rare spawns I did not include any mailboxes or vendor/repair NPCs. Included below is the code if you like below for your own use.
2. This is my 1st profile, so I'm not 100% sure I will be able to problem solve errors.

• Requires Rare Mob Killer (LINK) <-- *REQUIRED*
• Use GB2 bot (GatherBuddy2)
• Start anywhere in Northrend
• Farms ALL rares for Frostbitten
• Faster spawn of Vyragosa/TLPD

This is both Ally and Horde code for Mailboxes and Vendor/Repair NPCs.

You will have to copy/paste your fractions info into the XML file after the <SellPurple>False</SellPurple> code and before the <Hotspots> code.
ALSO, if you want to use the mail feature, you MUST change False to True on the quality item you with to mail. (i.e. <MailBlue>False</MailBlue> changes to <MailBlue>True</MailBlue>)

It seems to be working very well, I got 15 rare spawns and completed my achievement within 1hr 30 min of starting the profile. No getting stuck or snares that I've come across.

Edit: got 13 rare spawns on my 2nd night within 6 hours.

You are very lucky to complete it so quick, must be a very low pop server.

Should work fine, I even listed all the rare spawns separately so they ones you dont need could be easily removed.

Came up with an 2 issues. Somehow my hotspots shifted a little. I changed the hotspot between Dragonblight and Howling Fjord to avoid Fatigue in case someone is using a slower mount. I also changed the hotspots for King Ping, it was catching on 1 of the tree tops, so I adjusted them between trees and to go over trees.

Extract hb to a new folder, put the rare mob killer as your only plugin and use singular as your only class, come back when you have tried to run that.

Hi all

I would just like to report back on this profile so far I had not even been to northrend on my toon so after running it for about 5 hours last night I did not get stuck anywhere at all and got 10 rare kills which once I had them I removed them from the profile :-D I will be running it for a few hours today and I will report back tonight or maybe tomorrow.

Yes, this will work no matter what professions you have. GB2 simply allows the profile to move your character better and to the hotspots in the right order. When you select GatherBuddy2 as your bot, load the profile. Click on Bot Config, then on the 2nd tab theres an option to turn herbing / mining off. This wont really matter if your not and herbalist or miner tho, it only tells it to loot or not loot the herb / ores.

The has nothing to do with the archaeology bot. The Acrhaeology bot does not use profile, and runs by itself, all you do is select you CC and press start. This profile MUST run on GatherBuddy bot.

Just make sure you have a mining pick in your bags or it will not start.

Thats odd, I never had a minig pick on this toon and it works fine. I usually empty all my bags before I bot. I had it sell all my Archaeology blues that I will never get back. That's why I started writing a protected lists. Closest thing I have to a mining pick in my bags is a skinning knife for my LW.
