Frost PVP CC

Hi buddies.

What do I need to make a Combat Routine?

I feel the need of a Frost PVP cc but im not sure if theres someone working on that and im willing to do that, if i can.

So if any of you know the basics on how to build a CC, please show me the way so i can work it out.

EDIT: So i just found out what i have to do, and as soon as i have something that is working im going to post here so you can help me with the testing

Last time I checked CLU frost CC doesn't work properly in arena. Reported issue and no fix yet.

Yeah, I haven't had time to fix it, lol... GME will be released tonight, will need testers both private and PBR...
