Frodo - Ring Power

I wanted to get into Plugin Development (just to try it out) and I wasn't sure what to write. I noticed that my bots never used my Legendary ring. I decided to make one that would use it in certain situations.

Right now, this supports the following:

• Tank Specs
  • Use on Cooldown (always uses it anytime in combat)
  • Use only when nearby units you are in combat with threshold is met.
  • Use when health percent drops below a threshold.
  • Use on boss when health percent drops below a threshold.
  • Use on boss on cooldown (only boss-type encounters).
• Heal Specs (work in progress)
  • Use on Cooldown (always uses it anytime in combat)
• DPS Specs
  • Use on Cooldown (always uses it anytime in combat)
  • Use only when nearby units you are in combat with threshold is met.
  • Use on boss on cooldown (only boss-type encounters).

In all fairness, I only tested this with a Guardian Druid. However, the others *should* work Let me know of any bugs you see.
