Friendly Warning using test release

Wasn't sure were to put this other then here. It may happen to you or may never happen. You just don't know.

Just wanted to warn anyone using the test release to be careful. I was trying the bot out as I am a displaced user from Pirox and wanted to see how the bot works. Well 5 mins in just using gatherbuddy my system locked up. Had to do a hard reset of the computer. So then as it's loading I was greeted with ntldr is missing. Facepalmed after seeing that. After numerous tries it appeared to be non fixable so I had to format the drive. Wasn't mad as I was planning on doing it anyways as this system is going to be used for farming, but still always take precautions when using a test release

I have long used the gatherbuddy I did not encounter any problems until now.

Theres virtually no chance that HB caused this issue.

I'd say either your HDD was on its way out or something else caused a corruption at the OS level. in other words it was just a coincidence

your system could lock up from a number of reasons, bad video card drivers, system overheating, pretty much anything, when you just pull the plug on your machine like that your susceptible for data loss and corruption, we do not touch low level system files. so if your system was reading or writing to it, it wasn't done by us. if you have a problem with support issues related to honorbuddy then please feel free to create a new thread with proper information, and a log file as an attachment.
