Title says it all, my friend was perm banned today using gatherbuddy, didn't gather all the info and what profile etc, but he was in jade forest. Anyway, this is his first infraction in the many years he's played. Was just wondering what he should put on his appeal since some of you have gotten your perm bans overturned into 3 day bans/final warnings etc. I appreciate it guys thanks!

Friend was banned for the first time, need help with the appeal

I got banned yesterday and after my appel i got 72h ban. I wrote that I was using not my computer, and after i got banned i chcecked computer with few antivirus progs, and it shows no malicious software. Got reply from blizz in like 10 min

that must of sucked dude i would call blizz and make an excuse saying account got hacked just to try
Unless the account was being accessed from a different IP that is pointless blizzard will see that its bs and you wont stand a chance
