Fresh install Honor buddy freezes on Garrison bot

As title says. I tried my original updated buddy and then I did a fresh install into a completely new folder. the "start" button greys out and nothing happens. I can't even close the honorbuddy or move the window etc. I have to use task manager to close it out.

Yes. Questing, fishing, grindbot have all worked perfectly fine for me with and without plugins. Garrison bot is the only one that freezes on me without any actions performed. ty for the response Tony =)
