Fresh install DB quits after login

Well, pretty much what it says. Had old DB update on me and after that, both old and new installs do not work after login. Both with and without updated Adventurer plugin, DB terminates as I'm attempting to get the settings right for my runs.

It either closes out without a fuss, or pops up that demonbuddy has stopped working and needs to be closed.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2013 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

had the same problem, fixed it by choosing server manually instead of picking the one with best latency (right above the key when you login)

This worked, Tony. Figured I'd try it before your troubleshooting since it was much simpler. Bot now works like a charm.
