1) Make sure you are logged into your account on D3 before running DB. Plugins wont load unless you are logged in.
2) If still no plugins, set your log level to diagnostic and start DB, you should get an error when trying to compile plugins. This will tell you what plugin is causing the error. If 1 plugin fails, no plugins will show up. Remove the broken plugin and try again. You will most likely have to wait until the author of the broken plugin releases a .215 compatible version to use this plugin again
