Fresh install and still having problems "Rogue"

Just had a Fresh install of HB Only got the Plugins needed for This to work and it keep on coming up with this message....

Make sure Auto Equip, Talented, and ItemForAura Plugins are enabled!!!

If you have money - set food and drinks as well

You may also want to set a mail recipient!

Ive set my Mail person my food and drink name even though im a Rogue.
