Does the OldRoutine support Frenzy Charges?
and is there a way to make it use the Gem 'Frenzy' but only to hold up the maximum charges of frenzy?
Or do i need to have a custome routine to do that?
Or is there maybe a PlugIn that can manage that?

To reproduce the exact behavior you described, you need a custom routine, actually the OldRoutine will trigger the Frenzy skill ass soon as is ready and there nothing telling it to stop.

Is an easy change, but any chagne in the OldRoutine break a equilibrium, and make it become a custom-routine.

There nothing like Trinity in EB b/c coding suck a Routine (that can be configured to adapt to every need) can probably be a full time work for a single person for many weeks, not to mention then the game update and debug.
I don't think we will ever see it.

If you have some coding know, and you take your time to read the actual OldRoutine, you will find easy to modify it, i advice you to try, a precise and tuned routine can perform very well.

That was in my plans to make a configurable routine with each skill having its own behavior, the way EB is coded makes it really doable, tho I don't have time, and pushedx is giving us more work about quests atm.. Kappa
