Freezes upon hitting start or crashes right after

Demonbuddy is freezing upon hitting start giving a message of being out of sync, or I will get it to start and it will run just fine for 30 seconds then just freeze and close itself altogether. It has been running great the first few days of using it. The only changes made were to the item rules. I increased the level of items I want it to hold onto. The log is as following:

Error reads: "Process must of frozen or gotten out of sync" InjectionFinishedEvent_was_never_fired

make a new DB installation from scratch(including your plugins) and also make sure you are running both DB and D3 as admin
