freezes after update of DB pls help !

Hello DB

i have update the DB from the side there comes when i start DB up.

now i wont work

it says DB dont answer.

i use windows 7

it worked before update...
Pls help

i dont start up ??

so there is no log.

after i have enter key and pres login it says : "DB dont answer"

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

download a clean install of DB
run diablo3 and demonbuddy as administrator.
