Wired stuff.
Same happenend to me after I bought a new yearly key and misstyped mailaddress.
I did not receive the key, well the email was wrong

Therefore I opened a ticket and a paypal case.
Ticket was resolved soon and support recognized my typo.
New key was added to my old account and all was fine, I was surprised about the fast and good support.
I rather forget that I already bought a lifetime key years ago ( I stopped playing WOW for 3 years), which was no problem because I only bought an additionally yearly key

After 4 days all keys were set to fraudulent and I received a paypal refund, but no answer in to the case.
Surprise, what happened?
Opened tickets... autoclosed
Opened ticket with new mailadress:
But what happens after that is wired.
" We do not negotiate with fraudulent accounts"
Mailadress is blocked in ticketsystem, too.
Opened new tickets with different mailadresses...
No response or block:
So I asked Tony to help me, who told me to opened a new ticket which was also closed directly.
This story goes on and on.
Tried to pay on paypal at
[email protected] to solve the prob.
Refund...
Noone is willing to help.
Tickets were closed, phone doesn't work
Yesterday, after I tried another unblocked mail, I got response:

Greetings,
since the paypal dispute was not closed by you we can not help you again .
Best Regards
"
Oh yes, I forgot to close the paypal case and I misstyped my email address.
Shame on me, poor criminal fraudulent customer...
You did a mistake and you will pay for it. No excuse
And so my lifetime account for 10 years for 65 Euros which is now blocked for this reason.
Without a refund..
All my email adresses are blocked for support but are allowed to buy new keys
Seams to be a good business to kill all lifetime keys.
I am really sad about this, because right now it looks to me that BOSSLAND is doing fraudulent stuff.
Never seen a company with such a poor customer communication.
