I bought a bot in december and after 2 weeks the bot was unusable due to the developer not updating for over 1 month.
I had and many other people had requested a refund but as the store only does 7 day refunds this was not possible.
So in the end i requested a refund through paypal.
I got a email from this site.

please close the dispute in paypal and use our store Refun button, we will Refund your money.
If you do not close the dispute, we will be forced to mark you as a fraud customer.

In our country we have regulations to stop people making a quick buck and not supporting there product.
Maybe Honorbuddy should adopt this type of system to stop developers making a quick dollar and not supporting there product.
