Fraps crashes my client

Hey everyone, Figured there are many tech savy people on these forums was wondering if anyone can help me out with this problem i have with fraps. When recording with fraps, it can be anywhere from 1 minute to 2 minutes it makes my wow client (not responding) yes, i do have the full version of fraps, Was wondering if any of you could help me out.

How much RAM do you PC have? Usually WoW crashed because of faulty RAM or not enough RAM.
Have you made any modifications in BIOS?
