Framerate drop when targetting enemy

Whenever I target an enemy with HB running, my framerate drops significantly until i start attacking them, or click off of the enemy, i tried to desable all Buddystore products and of course did a clean installView attachment 5264 2016-09-03 10.43.txtView attachment 5972 2016-09-03 04.35.txt

Raid Bot and singular works great, Raid Bot and tuanha frame drop, Enyo and singular or tuanha also frame drop! The problem is that singular sucks for hunters...

I am having the same problem. Pretty much a fresh install of HB (2/3 days old). Got the same problem on my laptop as well. Whenever a mob comes close, I start to lagg.
I am using Singular.

The plugins I have on are: Anti Drown, DrinkPotions, Refreshment Detection, theTramper whispery and BuddyControlPanel

It's not a huge problem, since I afk anyway but It might get a little complicated later on when I decide to raids and stuff.

I would post a log, but I don't know how to make one.. too much of a rookie still, haha.
