Framerate drop when targetting enemy

Whenever I target an enemy with HB running, my framerate drops significantly until i start attacking them, or click off of the enemy

If you disable everything in the Buddystore do you still have this problem then?

Didn't work... i disable everything in buddystore, i made a fresh install of hb3, enyo and tuanha hunter, same problem, when i start the bot, everything works fine, when i click a enemy, even a dummy my fps drop, when i start attacking my fps go back to normal
