Framelock stopped working

Hi! I changed some graphics settings and drivers yesterday and now neither enyo or regular honorbuddy will framelock. not with customroutine or singular.. i tried deleting and reinstalling honorbuddy didnt help
im running
w7
wow 32 bit
1920x1080 120 hz
game + hb run as admin
i attached my log.

Tried:
reboot
uninstall + reboot gforce experience
disable windows firewall, uac etc
no antivirus or firewall active
wow is running 32bit + dx9 confirmed

framelock definetly not working at all. bot is REALLY slow and fps is the same as before i start bot. used to drop down to 30-40 fps.

I seem to have fixed it.. somehow.. singular runs fine anyway. Some tuanha issues with the questing profile.

Anyway i ended up uninstalling and reinstalling all visual and .netframework reinstall honorbuddy change back some funky nvidia settings and resetting keybindings and it worked again (except for a buddystore quest profile iwth tuanha (works with singular))
