Framelock lag

Today I decided to return to botting after my 6m ban. The bot worked while in stormwind... now all of a sudden its down to 2-5fps, and refuses to do anything. I turned off Framelock like others have suggested however the bot doesn't seem to function without Framelock. I don't see downloading meshes anywhere... so I'm uncertain what to do. Please advise!
