FPS Rate

Is there some way with an addon or other that i can change the bot FPS Rate besides just using tyrael i want to set it for use for any and all areas since my system cannot operate at the rate bot requires. If i cannot get an addon is there a command line i can add to the profiles to change the rate or in the config.

go to your system settings > advanced ... upper right side. foreground and background setting slider bars.
you don't even have to be in game to change them. from the log in screen, click your system button.

otherwise, if you are in game, click the computer icon and go from there.

i am only having an issue with freezeups when honorbuddy is running when i am using tyrael i dont have the prob either just when i try to use dungeonbuddy lazyraider or any of the other applications. ok upon more research i found one area calls the rate FPS and another calls it TPS so could be either. All i kno is that when i run tyrael i get a smooth system operation and when i run any other bot i get jerky motions and game starts lagging badly.
