Fps low

Hello friends !!! I have a problem if someone could tell me how to solve I thank you , I play wow with SPF between 65 and 90 , most when I turn honorbuddy the fps drops to 0:25 depending on the cituação is up to 4 fps , do not have as not play with Honor , can someone help me ?
