FPS Issues with 32bit WoW

Although I really enjoy HB and have used it for the better part of a year, I find that one recurring problem that I have is poor FPS when using 32bit wow. When I use the 64bit version my FPS is >100 but in 32bit it usually hovers around 30-40 FPS and occasionally plummets into the single digits. For this reason I can't really use HB in any kind of a raiding environment. Anywho I was wondering if any of you guys have run into a similar situation and have found a way to improve this problem? I have searched a bit on the official forums but haven't found anything particularly useful.
