Fps drops -100 fps

I'm not exactly sure how you inferred that from reading the link given...

That's one possible reason of the 30 or so they give on that page...

Maybe try doing everything else first before you come to the conclusion that is the only reason your fps is dropping.

i have the same processor like you with Geforce Gtx 970 and i run the bot with 130-170 fps.Go to System-Advanced-uncheck both Max Foregrounf fps.Worked for me.

if the fps is only dropping when you use the bots and not when you play manually it hasnt to do anything with your machine but the bots your machine cant handle the bots calculation and locks up i gues maybe framelock just eats your fps and turn that of even that you run a i7 6700k and a gtx 1080 doesend mean it has to be good with the bots they need a whole another things i run an i7 4790k and a gtx 970 and 16 gig ram and ssd and good cpu cooling and good fans and i dont have lag issue

Your log is filled with nothing but errors.

Try doing a fresh install into a fresh folder and try running again.
