FPS drop

Hey there.

Upon running SB, in-game FPS drops from 80-90 to more or less 14 with drops up to 8.

I have followed the instructions here, disabled NVidia's service and shut down Kaspersky for the time being. Did not influence the FPS.

Is it normal? Is it fixable?

Seems like a lot of people are having this issue I can tell you now that they are working on it just be patient
