Ok. I downloaded THIS version of DB
Demonbuddy 1.0.456.91 - Downloads - Home of the Buddy Bots - Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy, Demonbuddy, Buddy Wing, Tankleader
First I uninstalled any .NET that I had previously installed.
RESTART YOUR PC!
CLEAR YOUR %TEMP% Folder. Delete it all. This was a known issue with .NET 4 and making it install and be corrupted.
Then install .NET 4 I Used THIS ONE:
Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Standalone Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
Then when I started the game I was in a chapter all other times. This time I ported back to a town. I have NO clue if this does anything, but I did all those things and it is working for me right now.
