While leveling my druid in Ungoro with Horde 1-60 profile. Found it in the second bag that dropped. Yay!

Gratz! Disgusting Oozeling was the first pet what i've ever found in WoW and I've done this manually, same as you, while leveling my priest. That was like 2 years ago. I was so happy when I sold it for around 2k.

Depends on the server's economy according to wowhead the AVG buyout is 3k. But I couldn't even get 2k for my firefly and got lucky with 1.3k.
