Let's bring in a shoutbox. I think this would be awesome and would bring the community closer. Maybe even provide some minimal support that other users could potentially help out with if they had simple questions.

I am thinking something like this.

put a spam filter and automated tempbans in shoutbox

get some people to moderate it

A lot more pros than cons. Wouldn't be hard for jade or someone else that is a mod to delegate a few shoutbox moderators.

edit: i just think it would bring a lot more life to honorbuddy. a better community

The risk on extra exploits, I don't think that Bossland would consider... nice idea though but it's better to use something a lot less well known.
