Forum rules?

Can anybody link me to the forum rules? Or atleast tell me if your allowed to sell or exchange wow keys here? (probably not).

But I have these.....


EDIT: Ok, I found the rules... Forum Rules - Home of the Buddy Bots - Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy, Demonbuddy, Buddy Wing, Tankleader - but there's not really any rules there? Can a mod please answer my question.
