Forum name change?

Hey there, I'm quiet new here and noticed that people have got other then names then the one referenced to me how do I change this? Is there some sort of setting? Sorry for my noobness

Lol you might be right XD - But I was checking under profile and general settings where it would usually be and couldnt find it under there so you might be rite ^^
