Forum Login dun work, Auth fail and no response from "Contact us" link

Hi I'm posting this on my friends acc obviously, as i can not log into my own on the forum nor can i use GB or HB atm because i consistently get "AUTH FAIL". I paid for GB lifetime and used if for a month b4 going on holidays upon getting back i d/l latest and go to start farming and i get Auth Fail, so i try log onto forums and "wrong password" so then i click on the "Contact us" link hope for some help. twice i have sent emails and no response???

So here i am making a post on my friends login to try and get a response to finally get some help...

If you aren't aware we have been having some issues with the auth server and if your login details were correct for the bot you should download the new updates and try again. As for login thats beyond me.

Ya i am aware of the issues with auth fails, but that does not explain been unable to log onto forums hence i created this post. As stated in first post i d/l the latest version and nothing. The fact that i can't get GB and HB working was not that much of an issue as i was aware of auth server issues. The thing that has got my attention is that i can't log onto forums where everyone else can...
