Forum dead quite frequently

Is this only me or DB forum is dying quite often these last days?
I'm having a lot of troubles to read topics not to mention posting.

Sometimes it's runnig nice and smoothly and sometimes it's down for few hours.

Yep.. i refresh and forum dont work xD i need to refresh +5 times to work :S
forum dont work for me sometimes (1 week with problems)

Subforums/threads don't load with error from browser that such page could not be accessed beacuse it's down or I entered wrong address.
Sometimes getting such error while posting as well. Chrome suggests than that I can view certain subforum or thread from browser cache if I wish to.

From my point of view it looks like forum is under heavy siege and I can access it only when there's a gap in attackers lines.
