forum account not longer available?!

Dear Support Team,

it seems that my former forum account is not available anby longer and I dont know the reason for it.
When i tried to re-register with the same user name I was told "already exists" but if I try to log in with the old name
than I always get the message the the password is wrong or that the emailadress does not exist (if I try a password reset).

sorry, was not sure if I should mention it here or not thats why I left it.

The user name is "El Fluppe" (join date 01.11.2012)

The "El Fluppe" account should still be usable. All forum accounts recently had their passwords reset. An email should've been sent to the registered email address with instructions. You might look inside your junkmail folder to make certain it wasn't inadvertantly discarded.

If its a problem in the forum, will need to get Tony or BotOperator to have a look.

I cant login to "El Fluppe" because it says that the password is wrong. Problem is that none of my usual passwords works for it.
And as I am not 100% sure about the email adress that I used for registering in 2012 I even cant request a new password...

great hint, but as I already said I am not sure about the email which was used for registration. I already tried 4 different adresses and none of them seems to be known here...

Dear Chinajade or Tony,
I still cant use my former forum login and my two keys are still claimed by anyone else (obviously by my old account).
However I did not get any reply to me email to the support team yet and dont know how to "dis-attach" my two keys from the old person to the new forum/store acount.
