forgotten my buddy auth pw, got locked and can't login to kill 2 sessions

basically as above, i have a pic of the email when i bpought the 3 key pass etc, what can i do, it says to contact support.

sent an email, no reply yet, ands the problem is i forgot my pw and don't have acess to the email i used when i got the key.

Dunno whats going on now but i can now use 2 sessions out of the 3 i should be able to, still waiting on the reply from support
