Hi, Rockyhead,

If you can get into Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal, reclaim it there. You will need to use the same email address with which you bought the key.

If you can't get the key from the Auth portal, your only recourse is to mail [email protected], and provide details such as the email you bought the key with, the Invoice Id, and other somesuch. After you send the email, they may volley requesting proof that you are the original owner--just follow their instructions.
