Forever waiting on npc for quest.

hi

so i'm trying to lvl my lvl 58 enhancement shaman with the 1-100 questing pack.
untill i got to the hellfire peninsula now it just stands in place waiting for a npc to pick up a quest (-cursed talismans)

i have tried doing a few quests in the area so that it might skip that quest, but no luck so far.

First step is try try cleaning the caches. This article will walk you through the process:
