Forcing Aquatic Form when moving in/on water ?

How could I achieve that, any cc allows this ? WOuld I need to create or use a plugin ?

I'm asking because I'm creating a profile to farm in TB and when I path to get Azshara veils, I would like that my druid goes aquatic form (100 %) instead of using a normal mount (60%)

If I remember correctly fpswaers. Would switch to aquatic form.

Bump, my profile works well for TB, but this part in the water is the only thing I'd like to fix
