Forcemail ain't working

Dont know what i am doing wrong here but i cannot get the forcemail to work. Can someone take a look at the profile. or just tell me what's wrong?

Try taking the forcemail list from out of the subprofile tags and put it just below where the protected items tag ends.

First of all, remove the <mesh> tag.

Second of all, Frostweave Cloth is 33470, not 22470.

And I'm not sure of this, but you would probably need <MailWhite>true</MailWhite>.

I was wondering why my toon wasn't maiing some of the items. I'm assuming to mail out items on the protected sell list need to be removed for the time being untill forcemail is implemented if said items want to be mailed? I.e. I have copper ore. I want to mail copper ore. Copper ore is on Protected List. Copper Ore is on Forcemail list. Forcemail is Broke. Take Copper ore off Protected List. Viola, Protected ore gets mailed because it is a white item, and being smart I already have <MailWhite>True</MailWhite> in my profile?
