Force use of fly mount

hi, i have tried almost averything, and used different farming / skilling profiles. some using fly mount in durotar som will not use, and grinding between the herb/mining node... is there any way to forse the use of fly mount in farmin / skilling profiles ?

have tried to look in the wiki but not finding any thing about this.. ty.
