Force HB to run?

I already know that its unsupported and I wouldnt be looking to the HB team for help, or holding them responsible for anything that may happen to said account (as if I could in any case.) Basically, I know there is red tape involved in this and I am requesting you to forego the quick answers and sarcastic comments that Ive seen from this community in the past.

I am curious if there is a way, at my own risk, to force Honorbuddy to run regardless of what version of WoW Im using? I realize that shit changes in each version and what might cast an ability in this version, may be what causes you to Jump in the next version. Same can be said for securities sake. But I have a few things I want to try and Im curious what a Developers reply will be in hopes of saving me some time/effort. Im looking to get the jump on something, but its not directly aimed at use in WoD beta or a Private server. Thanks ahead of time if you are able to provide any information regarding this in an informative manner.

probably not, to work HB does access to specific points in exe, and every time exe is changed (recompiled) all those points move around and have to be found again ...

in other words if you did somehow force HB to work with wrong exe you would probably just get exception or few blue dots in middle of your game instead of working bot

The bot has been hardcoded to specific releases for a while now, so the shortened answer is no. It's pretty rare for Honorbuddy to miraculously work between even small patches, which still have to be tested for new security threats, and large ones force the developers to change the bot to greater lengths. What bloodmarks said is the biggest issue with a cross-version Honorbuddy because it will ask the client to do something, which is no longer relevant.

Also, there isn't anything besides Retail servers, Beta or PTR Servers, and Private Servers, so I don't really know what you're trying to use it for. Even if you had an "unlocked" Honorbuddy, it wouldn't work with the Beta because of reasons above, you'd have very narrow use if anything still worked. Private servers are not to be discussed because they're not legal. Honorbuddy also wouldn't work very well with a private server because the engine is fabricated and the information given to you will be different, and the databases for those are extraordinarily inaccurate.
