TcpAckFrequency change it to 1

add this value also

TCPNoDelay change it to 1

then reboot your pc you wil notice you wil login faster to wow and evrything is smooth. i had fps drops with zygor guide while i have a video card of 300 euro and a good CPU etc. and now evrything is fine
