I downloaded the newest update this morning and put in some coordinates that were a few miles down from where I had been a few hours before. I started the bot and it logged in fine but just sat there saying IDLE.
I read many posts on this forum from people getting similar issues, so I thought that OK, maybe it's a soft ban, or maybe it's not joining the Niantec servers properly. Some say that going back to the previous build of PokeFarmer cured that problem and they were farming OK, so that's what I tried.
When I started the bot on a rolled back version I noticed something I had overlooked and is a common problem for me.
If you are using Latlong.net and using COPY/PASTE to transfer the LAT & LONG to the bot, it doesn't put the minus sign (-) in the longitude, so the bot will sign in OK but it won't be able to find the location. As soon as I added the minus sign in front of the pasted longitude coordinate, the bot burst into life, no more Idling.
Just wondered how many people, like me, had this small oversight that is easy to miss.
