Hey if you are experiencing "choppy" D3 while botting which is ultimately costing you time in G Rifts, I did the following
Disable all "logging" options in trinity unless you need it for other addons or such I would disable them.
Under Quest Tools I checked off Force Route Mode and selected WeightedNearestUnvisited. Since then I have been running smooth as a babies bottom with absolutely no choppiness at all.
