For a new customer, is the elite edition 1 year or lifetime?

Someone was asking me about honorbuddy, and I was talking about the payment plans and noticed on the site, where you can buy it, it says 59.99 / y++ but at the bottom of the list of stuff it says No subscriptions. That is kind of confusing to me and him, so, does that mean its 60 euro's for a year or for life? Thanks to anyone who answers!
