To Whom It May Concern,

I understand that this is not the proper avenue for support issues that are to deal with Bossland directly, however I feel that I am stuck with no recourse.

I filed a ticket on 04DEC2015 (#113980) and was promptly granted a reply by a Bossland representative. After providing my information, I have received no contact from this representative, in excess of fifteen (15) business days. I am requesting that someone look into this, as a fifteen business day delay is unacceptable in most companies. I understand that it is the Holidays, however the initial response time (well before the Holidays began) was a great start, that quickly became a disappointment.

My apologies if this should have gone somewhere else, however I believe I followed the proper channels, by filing a ticket at the "[email protected]" email/support site.

Hi, Ectocooler,

Sorry you are experiencing troubles. You need to keep trying the Bossland 'front office' at [email protected] every couple of days. We imagine the front office has been very busy that past couple of weeks. Also, its the Holiday season, and key members may not be around (don't know about this for certain).

The forum staff have absolutely zero ability to assist you with this. We simply do not have access to the user account information or the tools to conduct these activities. The 'front office' does not monitor the forums. So, the [email protected] email address is your only window into resolving the situation.
