Follow and heal.

I have what has to be a relatively simple question. I have a kinda-squishy toon out trapping in nagrand and I'd like to have another simply follow him and heal him, it would be even better if he could dps the mob too and get credit for the trap. How can I go about this? I'm using a grind profile.
