Info:
This is a profile to be used by Gatherbuddy 2 that will go across the spawn points of rare monsters found across Outland for the Bloody Rare achievement. All spawn points are seperated by commented headers, so if you want to remove particular rare's to speed it up, I would recommend doing this after you have collected quite a few. It is also best to run this profile at night, since there are significantly less amount of players.

Just started this profile, I hear the rare killer plugin go off and look at the wow screen too see someone has just killed the rare mob before me

Is it possible to do something like this in Gatherbuddy? Doesn't seem to work. Be nice feature to keep it running, for it to check each of the criterias as it progresses.

For Doomsayer Jurim and Vorakem Doomspeaker I recommend doing those seperately if you are left over with them like me this is because Jurim spawns quite close to Shattrath City and Vorakem spawns near the gate to Outland these are the more populated routes in Outland and players are likely to pick them up, travelling between them you are losing time.

Just a suggestion if you are left with these two. Most others I picked up since it's low populated zone.

Ran the profile for a while now, route looks good, but a handfull of random minor stucks in nagrand trees, zanga shrooms and blades edge pointy spikes, perhaps you should add some more hight to the hotspots..

Well I think the route is pretty quick, since I passed it through closest spawn spots. I agree it is quite low, but I just wanted to be safe with spawn range of NPC Scan. Only place I have got stuck is Terokkar Forest, but bot unstucks it self. Yours manage to do that? If so, shouldn't be too much of issue, only couple of seconds delayed.

Yeah, it does get unstuck quite fast, but for those ~20 seconds its looks realy weird! Its not an issue, I was thinking more as a safety precaution if anyone happens to see the bot!

Rarekiller have a 100y range if I remember corectly.


EDIT; Got all but 2 kills over the first night, Outland realy must be super deserted

Go into the config of Gatherbuddy2 and turn of gathering, mining, herbs etc.

Right now, Crippler only, spent about 12 hours straight trying to get him, edited out everything but that route from the profile. Even tried to kill skeletons for an hour or so last night to force a spawn..

Just got home from work, started up everything, went to a quick pee and got back with Crippler killed. "[Gatherbuddy2]: Stopped gatherbuddy after gathering 0 nodes in 0h 1m 33s."

Hmm I am having trouble with Doomspeaker, I left it running from 12:00 - 21:00 still haven't got him.

Edit: He just spawned 27 minutes later from me posting this, now Doomsayer.

Edit: Now I got Doomsayer after leaving it on throughout the night, woo.

Edit: Here we go, the creator of the profile finally has it.

Does not work very well, I removed some Netherstorm ones and it would freak out over the large gaps. This could be just because of the way Netherstorm is, but I'm back to stock profile since I don't want to freaking out. Even with the OG profile it still does some crazy crazy MEAG bot like junk over the gaps.

Netherstorm is 100% crap for me it gets stuck trying to leave. I'm going to remove this section of the profile and when those are the only ones I have left. I'll write a profile for just that zone. If someone knows a fix please let me know. An awesome profile outside of netherstorm so far.

What is the issue exactly? I know some of the rare mobs are in the buildings, so this is one of the issues likely.

I didn't say anything about mobs, but after sitting and watching this thing I have come to notice it works fine. It absolutely freak the #@$@ out over the gaps in the world between zones. It just bangs it head against the floor until the zone changes and then it very very slowly finds the wall and flies up.

I have gotten a quite a few of the rares using this, but by god if anyone watch you for more then 5 min you are busted.

I have also removed the mobs I don't need and it does a "normal" or whatever you want to call it job of moving along. It it was not for the bot handles the gaps between the zones and the gaps in netherstorm it would be perfect.

The probably only issue like you said is flying from Netherstorm to Hellfire. This is the bot zerking out not the profile. It chooses that route as any player would it is the shortest, but it doesn't seem to like the navmesh or something, but it finds it way. There isn't many people in Outland so I wouldn't worry about getting spotted, espicially over that void as well.
