D?dn't see a thread for your beta version (Only the release version).
I assume you're still working on this or is it a forgotten file in your repository?
I started the beta quest profile and the very first quest goes wrong

Line 2120:
You are trying to turn in the first quest at:

  <TurnIn QuestName="Hero's Call: Northrend!" QuestId="28709" TurnInName="General Arlos" TurnInId="25250" />

However this quest is turned it at:

  <TurnIn QuestName="Hero's Call: Northrend!" QuestId="28709" TurnInName="Recruitment Officer Blythe" TurnInId="25307" />
