[Flightor]: Unstuck attempt - Issue

Hello,
I have a problem, I'm running 10 hb on 1 pc (the proc is sitting at around 70% and the ram used is 5 gb out of 8), and it seems that all are getting this error once in a while (not all at once) .

The toon stands still, the bot prevents me from moving it. the unstuck plugin doesn't work. Pressing stop/start in HB doesn't help.
The only thing that's fixing this is restarting hb.
I can attach more logs if needed but all of my toons/ hb folders are identical.

You can google it(it differs from router to router)
poor you can call your isp
